Pros
Large company with great benefits, you are starting at the top here and the online training and resources are world class. The Training schools will basically give you a minor in your respective division in a matter of 8 weeks. If you can make it through both of the school you are set from a technical perspective.
Cons
Managed by operators, little to no respect for engineers. Expect to work 120 hour weeks when you factor in travel to and from job sites. The field training is very poor with respect to what you will be responsible for on a daily basis; any missteps will be reprimanded as if you had formal training. Due to the background of management professionalism is virtually non-existent .... bring your chainmail... Those without a thick skin need not apply
