The company provides stability and job security if you prove yourself hard enough.
Cons
They will lay off people and let you do the same work of 3 employees, no extra bonus for that. Expect to work day and take home for the ‘unpaid night shift hours’ because of understaffing. A lot of pressure on delivery timelines too!
