Pros
Good job, with OK pay and benefits if you can avoid being laid off.
Cons
Not much growth opportunity if you have a family and want to see them. If you want to work 90 hours a week with no time off, then this is the place for you. Managers have no management skill nor is any required. Most employees are treated as inferior by management. HR is only here to protect the company, they couldn't care less about the employee.
