      Pros

      Coworkers in the field are very easy to get along with and fun to work with. Management does have a knack for getting good crews together.

      Cons

      Pay is not enough considering you will be in the field for 70% or more of the year. Also, advancement and job is contingent on who you know and not what you know.

      No internal job openings advertisement. Many get promoted, though. Career growth depends on many factors.
