Business Outlook
Pros
-Had a really2 great & understanding HOD (for me) -An Okay salary (I guess, for me and others) -Stable job (if ure on the right team) -Good AIA insurance benefits (Self, wife and children) including dental & optical -13mth salary, filing bonus, & performance salary.
Cons
-Career growth maybe is there, and really depends on ur manager -Manager sometimes are always changing, so might affect ur career growth & environment -No yearly increment according to the inflation -Was interviewed by a different manager and was supposed to enter to his team, but was transferred into a different manager (ie no chance to talk with the right manager, so can't judge their personality)
