      Pros

      Career path: on paper, there is a defined path for you to follow. Training: with out a doubt training is the best.

      Cons

      Management not always honor what they promised. Hard to deal team: they all think they are right and they will throw you under the bus if they need to.

      During drilling, completion, or intervention jobs, shifts can extend well beyond scheduled hours.
