Pros
-Good for freshers to start with their IT journey -Freshers get exposed to various tools & technologies -Freshers will be involved in direct interaction with clients & onsite stake holders -Decent pay for freshers -If a fresher gets a good team and a manager, he/she can create wonders -in the same line if he/she gets a bad manager, they are sure to get depression
Cons
-With experienced folks, Management will play dirty politics -Employees can swapped between any Technologies if they need any alteration in resource mgmt & they make sure you dont learn any Technology properly and suffer a hell if you decide to switch the company -Yearly hike is very poor for good performers (unless you are good at Manager's boot licking) -Unless you are close to your Manager, never expect a growth in your career path -HR policies rather than being employee friendly, are HR and Management friendly -If you are experienced and looking for this company, my suggestion would be NO
