Pros
1. Good projects with latest technologies. 2. Very good opportunities and IT exposure for freshers. As a fresher, I got to learn many concepts and technology in the span of 2.5 years. 3. Nice working culture and environment. Supportive seniors 4. Good training facility is made available when there is a project with new technology.
Cons
1. Few biased managers, people who work hard are not recognized and rewarded 2. They take laterals by giving huge amount of salary but do not give proper hike to the people who work hard and deserve the same hike. 3. Employees are less valued.
