Pros
For some reason i shared a good reppo with my manager hence life was a bit easy there.
Cons
They lie to you about your profile while joining and then put you in production support and after that its a struggle to change profile internally. Management is Bad, they have been there for forever and have contacts with HR, there is no use of complaining against them as they will come to know who that person was.
