Pros
SLK Campus is great with good food and connectivity at subsidized price for all the employees. Encouragement for lot of cultural programs, time to time events are held. Creche and Primary Health care is available in the campus.
Cons
Highly volatile environment, driven by wimps and fancies of few leaders across the organization. You need to be part of the group else you will be leaving company of your own or you will be driven out. Old boys school you need to be part of the clan for good. Degree of decision making is low.
