Pros
1. Company will give you all kinds of supports you to learn new things. 2. Extremely good for freshers, they will get good exposure to communicate directly with clients. 3. Almost all are karnataka employees, even managers. You will get promotion and good hike only if you from karnataka. 4. Lot of onsite opportunities.
Cons
1. No growth for non-Kannada speaking employees. 2. yearly appraisal is very less. You will feel shamed to tell you hike to your family/friends. 3. Tooo far from city. Very difficult to manage time, since 9 hr login required. No WFH option.
