- Gives good learning opportunity to freshers - Can learn new technologies if you are in right project - Exposure to client projects - Trainings on latest technologies are provided
Cons
- Salary is not up to industry standards - New HR policies added every year only works in favour of org ,employees are not benefited - Facilities provided are of third grade - No growth after completion of 2 years - No proper planning by Senior mgmt,COE department was shut down because of this - Run by people who have stayed with company for past ten years so no innovation
