Pros
1. Friendly work environment. 2. Treat everyone equally right from associate engineers to tech leads. 3. Exposure to projects at a very early stage in career.
Cons
1. Pay is smallest nut inside peanut. If you want to work on legacy technologies without any wish of Pay nor you want work life balance, This company is for you. 2. Appraisal system changes each and every year, no one knows how the new system works expect the HR who are never available to listen to us. 3. Appraisal amount depends on how good you butter the manager and top management. Even if you get excellent ratings you will end up getting the worst performance category and negligible amount of hike if you are not good to the people who decide the hike/category. Even if you raise a concern to the management, they will give all dumb reasons for that. 3. Worst HR teams. Always rude and never listen/respond to employees. 4. Top Management is filled with some dumb heads. Dumb means dumb to the core. They talk those stuff that even cannot be imagined(ex. Tonight we will go to space and get at least 5 stars into our office and show the productivity to the client) 5. Management takes all the appreciation for everything that happens and someone from delivery team is made scapegoat to all the escalations. 6. Process team is filled with the most dumbest people on earth. 7. Company changes the policies as their wish and will without any intimation. 8. No clarity between management and employee. 9. No rewards and recognition. Rewards and Recognition are given to people who are good to managers or sometimes in a rotational basis. Work is no where related to Rewards and Recognition. 10. People from top management give all the reasons when you raise the concern on not being happy with the appraisal. However, when you put down the paper they are most friendly people and they forget everything. And, once they come to know that the resource would leave even after the discussions, they try to pressurise you by doing things that are trulyy unprofessional. Many more............................... I guess its enough for you to judge the state of the company.
