      Freshers will have very good exposure.

      Cons

      1. Politics 2. Unrealistic deadlines 3. No work life balance, managers push to work post working hours and on weekends 4. Leaves are not approved easily 5. Salary + Hikes are very less 6. Office location is far from Bangalore
