Pros
Cool products, it is too bad that management doesn't have an idea of how to sell them and with all the restructuring going on, the few people that knew are gone. They don't analyze people's skills when they restructure so people are placed in roles where their skills aren't the best.
Cons
The leadership is too busy to hear anybody in the company. They hire and fire as a game. When they have to cut costs they fire hundreds of people and weeks later the are applauding in every meeting because they hired here and there but wait... they fired them again. The CTO, Warren Barkley, is like clown, pretending to be funny but on the other hand saying that people outside doesn't care about how people is treated inside that customers only care about receiving the product, not the changes going on in the company. The CEO says that they didn't receive a salary increase last year but with his 1.5MM annual salary does he want us feel sorry for him or his executives?
