Pros

Smart and talented people from top to bottom and the atmosphere is very family like. Great products and well positioned in the marketplace to grow and provide their customers with best in business solutions. Lots of small perks like breakfast and lunch being provided a few times a month and free candy on Wednesdays. Little things but always appreciated. Flexible hours for those of us driving from the northern parts of Atlanta. Will be moving to a new building early next year that will be state of the art and large enough for the expected growth.

Cons

None. They care more about their employees than the bottom line.

Pros

Great benefits, stellar staff, competitive pay, beautiful facilities, remote work/hybrid, great technology, tons of employee perks

Cons

You have to be disciplined - the pace and demands can overwhelm you. Not for the faint of heart or lazy. Some oddly strict policies from legacy leaders and mindsets that haven't relaxed (dress codes, butt in seat time, etc.)
