Not perfect but good - Technical Support Analyst SMC 3 Employee Review

Thank you for taking the time to review SMC³. We always like to hear from current and former employees. We have made many changed to allow for a more relaxed work environment and are glad that it is starting to show. We do pride ourselves on rewarding employees with monthly breakfasts, lunch and learns, and other activities that allow us to provide food. I am sorry that you feel the communication and accountability are lacking. We always encourage employees to ask questions and engage all levels if they ever feel there is a lack in communication. One of our current goals is to improve in this area. We are having monthly updates at our "Business & Breakfast" sessions in hopes of communicating better. We hold all of our employees from the top down to be accountable for their work. We have made some organizational changes and gone to more of a Scrum Team/Agile environment in hopes of allowing the teams and employees to take more ownership of the work and processes. This will allow for the actual team members to suggest and own the final product.
