You are correct that SMS is a good, stable company with many opportunities for engineers. While we do not expect our engineers to be salespeople, we do appreciate and reward new business opportunities brought in by our employees. Additionally, we research annual compensation increases prior to each evaluation cycles and match increases to our annual evaluation results. Many of our employees have long tenure with SMS and while we love loyalty and dedication, we know we may not be the right fit for everyone.
