Great Company - Anonymous employee SMS Data Products Group Employee Review

We appreciate you taking the time to review SMS! SMS is a great company for all levels of employees, however we do have limited opportunities for entry-level employees on many of our federal contracts. Most of SMS technical positions are more advanced roles, however we do provide training and education benefits to allow you to continue your professional growth and advance within the contract and company. SMS has more opportunities for entry-level positions within our corporate office where there is time for mentoring and on-the-job training. Given our growth outside the DC Metro area over the past few year, SMS is looking into other benefits that our non-local employees can take advance of.
