      Pros

      After coming from the toxic environment known as my former employer, it was nice to come to SMS where I was welcomed immediately. Being in a smaller environment where all of management knows your name and what you do is such a great feeling. The office always seems positive and management is open and receptive to any concerns. I feel like there is plenty of room for growth as the company is constantly expanding.

      Cons

      Most of the headquarters staff work a very traditional schedule of 8 hours Mon- Fri, it would be nice to have more flexible and work from home options.

We love to welcome new employees to the team and enjoy spending time getting to know each one during our orientation and on boarding process. Our HQ employees do work a more traditional schedule in order to support our customers and employees through the US, however I will certainly pass along the comments for more flexible HQ work options.
