Thanks for reviewing SMS and for calling our the HR Team as well! We are definitely a people focused company and we truly believe in keeping the "human" in human resources! We appreciate the advice on communication and we are striving to better our internal communications as we continue to grow and expand throughout the US. As with all federal contractors, we have our share of challenging contracts, however we train and support our employees through these challenges as much as possible within the constraints of the contract and transfer employee between contracts when possible.
