Long history, good reputation, knows how to execute. Consistent growth, but still small business feel. Take initiative and there's a lot you can do. Very good benefits.

Cons

Can be a challenge if you want to move to another contract but they generally try to work with you.

We do our best to move and advance employees within the company on various contracts, but need to ensure we are meeting the qualifications, rates and requirements for each contract as well so this task can certainly be challenging.
