Thanks for the review! I agree that we have great people working at SMS and are continuously looking for other great people to join the team! We have a lot of fun at our formal holiday events, as well as team luncheons, happy hours, etc. Thanks for the advice as well! We are working to better our engagement with teams, especially those located outside our DC Metro area. We have excellent training benefits, reimbursing for certification exams, training material, approved boot camps, conferences, membership dues, annual CE fees and tuition assistance.
