We appreciate you taking the time to write a review for SMS. I'm sorry to hear you are no longer with us! I agree we hire some amazing employees and our teams around the US have great coworkers and managers! We ensure our pay is competitive in our various regions around the country, however as with any federal contractor, we do have a few contracts with lower rates that we must contend with. In many cases, we try to start our junior staff in our lower rates and promote from within or transfer them to another contract to ensure they feel valued. I'm sorry we didn't get a chance to work through your reasons for departing. Regardless, we hope you entertain opportunities with SMS should one interest you in the future.
