Thank you for the review. I'm glad you agree that we truly do care of our employees and their families! We take great pride in growing substantially over the years, but maintaining our small family culture! SMS was primarily a subcontractor for many years, however in the past 4 years, SMS has enjoyed being the Prime on many NETCENTS Awards. We will continue to work towards "priming" as many of our opportunities as possible. A healthy mix of both sub and prime contracts is a great environment for our size company. I agree that our CFO does his job well and that is one of the many reasons we are a healthy and profitable company! As the VP of HR, I am involved in many employee based decisions and I assure you he looks out for the well being of both our valued employees and the company overall. The SMS leadership team communicates at least weekly with our Project Managers and Regional Directors, but I will be sure to pass long your suggestion for more engagement.
