Thank you for the review and I'm sorry to hear you are having a bad experience with local management at Kirtland. I have passed your comments along to our VP of Service Delivery for further review of your concern. SMS does attempt to promote from within whenever possible, however we also must ensure employees meet the technical qualifications, certifications and experience required for each position. Additionally, funding sometimes does play a factor in the fulfillment of our positions within each contract as well. If certifications are required, we provide training and expense reimbursement to ensure employees achieve all required certifications. Unfortunately I'm not aware of the exact concern you mentioned above, but I will certainly look into it further.
