I understand your comment regarding the hours on your contract. Some contracts are flexible, while others that we support have strict shift schedules to ensure full coverage for our government customer. Unfortunately this is a contract requirement that SMS has little to no control over. We appreciate you and all employees working shift work and we understand it can be a difficult adjustment for you and your family! We do our best to move qualified individuals around who request a change when new positions become vacant.
