We appreciate you taking the time to review SMS and I'm sorry you have not had a better experience! We have heard the concerns of our team and a member of our corporate team has been working closely with our customer to temporarily modify some of the TPI requirements making less of a requirement for extra work from our great Montgomery team. We also added a shift differential for those who are asked to work hours outside their standard shift to help compensate for the inconvenience of having to work a weekend or holiday. The TPI requirement is indeed a government contract requirement and our contract does have several 24/7 coverage positions, however these can also be great opportunities for those wishing to earn extra income or working an alternate shift to help with family requirements. We agree that we have a great team in Montgomery and hope some of the recent changes have helped ease concerns within the team, while continuing to support our customer's needs.
