We are surprised by this review. I’m sorry to hear you departed from SMS and no longer believe it’s a great place to work. Contrary to your cons listed above, SMS has a solid executive management team with an average of over 20 years of experience in the federal government contracting business. The executives of SMS have worked in various areas of the company and have been promoted from within also bringing many years of organizational experience as well. Our CFO does his job well to ensure the company is profitable. SMS strictly follows government contracting laws and regulations and we have both our employee and customers in mind in making financial decisions. We have not encountered complaints regarding disrespect or abusive behavior and if this were the case for any employee, we encourage these concerns to be reported to Human Resources for further investigation. We feel SMS is truly represented by the plentiful 4- and 5-star reviews and comments on this site.
