We appreciate you taking the time to write a review for SMS. I'm glad to hear you feel benefits are good and management is supportive and helpful. We work hard to support all SMS employees and ensure they have an environment to thrive and enjoy their work. SMS does a great deal of research each year during evaluation time to understand the current market, benchmark increase numbers and situations within our various work locations. We set a standard percentage for increases based on this information and managers then provide compensation changes based on individual performance, personnel development, recognition, etc. We understand things have changed a lot since last fall during evaluation time and will certainly take that into consideration this year. We pride ourselves on providing a fair compensation to all our employees and rewarding hard work and dedication as well.
