      Thanks for the review, I would argue we are a better organization than many in the IT federal contract community, offering competitive benefits, encouraging and promoting professional development, and offering a great culture for employees. I do agree with your "pro" that we have very talented, hardworking employees. For those reading, check out all the other reviews and you'll see SMS is an excellent place to work.
