Sorry for hear you feel senior management is out of touch with the market. The company is consistently reviewing benchmarking and listening to our employees. We conduct and thoroughly review our annual employee satisfaction surveys and request employee suggestions year-round as well. We listen to the needs of our employees and have made changes each year based on their recommendations and concerns. The challenge between Paid-Time-Off (PTO) vs multiple leave buckets is viewed very differently depending on each employee's needs. Offering PTO allows employees the most flexible leave option, which is why we chose to keep our paid leave in one bucket. Thanks for the review.
