Not much can put IT experience on your resume

Cons

low pay low respect no chance of moving up they tell you that you will be hired on in 3 months, most employees get hired on after more then 8 months even if you do get promoted the pay raise is 1 dollar Tons of work gossip no respect for personal work life Dead end job with no means of promotion after you are “hired” from the actual company not the temp company
