Pros
Non-management people are fun and easy to talk to. Every now and then you would have some drama, but for the most part, everyone who is non-managment get along well. The work enviornment is set up so that exploring new and improved options are welcomed.
Cons
Pay scale rate and lack of employee recongnition- The pay scale is very low and the people there are expected to do a lot before even being considered for a raise. Of course that's with any kind of work culture, but they take it to a level where you have to do at least your manager's job to get reconginized for a raise. Lack of structure- Management follows a "anything goes" policy, which can be good if you have a structure to build on, bad if you're brand new and have no clue what is going on... Lack of training- There's very little to no training involved. Most of the time you are put in an area and told to figure it out. Standing next to someone and watching them work is not training...
