Pros
The only pros are some of the people and health insurance. The insurance is what they use to lure you into working there.
Cons
Everything else. From the low pay that does not keep up with inflation to sometimes working over 40 hours and being told that the time after the 40 hours is just "extra time" so they don't have to pay you for overtime. Raises are given out just once a year and I have not personally seen a raise go above .50 cents an hour. I have worked there as a permanent hire for 6 years and 1 year as a temp and have only gotten a total cumulative raise of $2.68. Starting pay in the company is $10. Also broken stalls or sinks in the restroom don't get fixed for MONTHS at a time.
