      Great exposure to Engineering core. Extremely nice way of approach to complex problems via modern and traditional ways. No boudaries to hold thoughts those can prove to be a benchmark technological marvel. Morover CEO's, DGM's, will help in whatever way possible. If required they will ask you to attend specific inductions in Germany. Mainly Dusseldorf and Hilchenbach.

      Cons

      Lower to Mid level politics. No one absolutely no one leaves a stone unterned when it comes to make numbers for themselves.

      Great culture between employees, great people to work with

      No problems ever get fixed they get worked around, no learning from the past and terrible tariff management, low salary and raises were 1% and no opportunity for career advancement despite many employees wanting opportunities within the company and when opportunities do arise employees are denied or offered no incentive to accept those opportunities like title changes or pay increases
