Great culture between employees, great people to work with

No problems ever get fixed they get worked around, no learning from the past and terrible tariff management, low salary and raises were 1% and no opportunity for career advancement despite many employees wanting opportunities within the company and when opportunities do arise employees are denied or offered no incentive to accept those opportunities like title changes or pay increases
