      SOLV is an overall great place to work. By all means no company is perfect. But SOLV makes noticeable effort to be the best company they can possibly be on every level and in every department.

      There is a industry wide high learning curve. (In my position)

      Pros

      I had a great internship experience. The team was friendly and supportive, and I received reasonable training to help me get started. I also had the opportunity to complete my own project, which gave me valuable hands-on experience. Overall, it was a positive and meaningful learning experience

      Cons

      There were not many downsides, although I was a little disappointed that a return offer was not possible because the team was no longer hiring when my internship ended.
