      Lots of flexibility and a great culture of friendliness and support from all the coworkers and management. Competitive salary and bonus structure. Forward thinking with technology and applications in building the company's future. Lots of team building with team dinners and outings, and a yearly company meeting.

      Travel and being away from family.

      Pros

      I had a great internship experience. The team was friendly and supportive, and I received reasonable training to help me get started. I also had the opportunity to complete my own project, which gave me valuable hands-on experience. Overall, it was a positive and meaningful learning experience

      Cons

      There were not many downsides, although I was a little disappointed that a return offer was not possible because the team was no longer hiring when my internship ended.
