      Pros

      The company culture, and the positivity that radiates from all the employees is unheard of. There are lots of benefits but there is no comparison to the supportive individuals that work there. Everyone is more than willing to help and everyone is very open in their communication.

      Cons

      It can be challenging/time consuming to complete tasks because collecting information can be difficult due to the collaborative style of work between field, engineering & O&M. However, I cannot imagine a way to improve the system so this may just be a challenge and not a clear cut con.

      Pros

      I had a great internship experience. The team was friendly and supportive, and I received reasonable training to help me get started. I also had the opportunity to complete my own project, which gave me valuable hands-on experience. Overall, it was a positive and meaningful learning experience

      Cons

      There were not many downsides, although I was a little disappointed that a return offer was not possible because the team was no longer hiring when my internship ended.
