      Pay is ok at best

      Cons

      Management is not supportive. They don't back up your decisions making you totally dependent on them, taking away any autonomy you may have. Nepotism is pervasive - it's about who you know, not what you know. I didn't get fired but anyone could be fired at any time, simply because they don't like you.
