      Pros

      Office atmosphere is peaceful even during high volume calls. The people are diverse and kind. The managers are so supportive. I feel blessed to have been hired. SP+ truly wants you to deliver exceptional customer service.

      Cons

      I haven't experienced any Cons. I wish I had found this job years ago! I hope that business continues to grow as it is now...job security.
