HR Coordinator - Anonymous employee SP+ Employee Review

Employees are very unresponsive. Company processes are messy and out of date. Management is stuck in their ways and not looking to be progressive with new programs and ways of doing things. Felt ignored and not respected. No one in upper management really knew what any of us did in our roles.
