      Good HR system with strong benefits package. Evaluation system is clear. Responsibilities are Clear. Expectations are clear. Must take responsibility for your own career path.

      Cons

      Industry hit hard by COVID 19, so layoffs were substantial. With business coming back seems like returning to work is a possibility. To re-onboard is challenging, but doable.
