Customer Service Liaison/ Supervisor - Customer Service Liaison/Supervisor SP+ Employee Review

Had bad experience at one location,,the employees and inter-management are prejudice. Catering to spanish customer and employee. Spanish was spoken 97% with someone translate to me. Even in meetings. All of gossip between management asst. & employees. And when I spoke up about it, stating I've never felt welcomed,than the write ups begin. For things I had been doing from the first day employed with the company(2011) a few years ago. Management allowing employees to be insubordinate to a supervisor(only black female). Very stressful location.
