Pros

They placed more emphasis on the people instead of the process. Great pay and benefits. Good location in the Charleston area.

Cons

Darts. I got pegged twice a day at least. I could never get work done. It really is kindergarten for developers there. If you're ok with that kind of atmosphere then it's all for you. Just wasn't for me.
