Pros

- Great Coworkers - Good Location - Traveling for Events

Cons

-HUGE lack of training both with on boarding and in general - After having been in two separate departments, it is consistent that lack of training exists and most employees are just "thrown into the fire" to survive and learn on their own. -Lack of organization within departments - Pay is not competitive with other jobs in the industry -Work-life balance is very difficult with the amount of work put on each employees plate.

Thank for your review. SPARGO encourages its Team Members to work smarter, not harder. As a current Team Member, if you don't feel you have the training, tools or support to be successful, we hope you'll bring your ideas and suggestions directly to your Manager or other decision makers. We have a great open door policy for just such feedback and input, as we can't offer solutions to problems we don't see. Certainly COVID has made things tricky, but everyone's goals are still the same: for SPARGO and each of our Team Members to succeed! Thanks again for you feedback and we look forward to you becoming an ambassador for the change you envision! Talent Acquisition Management @SPARGO

Pros

I literally cannot think of any.

Cons

Literally had people not speak to me for months because I was newer. Other new hires felt the same. It was the worst working environment I ever worked in. Management were cold. Coworkers not willing to help or answer questions
