No guidance, interaction or support from middle and upper management throughout employment.No true training, will send you to corporate office for 2 weeks and turn you loose- no real training unless you think videos from 1980 on product is training. Will have you work 50 plus hours, then all the sudden you aren’t doing your job and you are let go 11-1/2 months into a year where significant portion of compensation is in a bonus and with no warning or write up on record then they let you go and hold your almost 6 figure bonus because they don’t typically pay these out if year end isn’t complete. Completely shady group they will sell you on a Midwest valve company with work life balance- don’t let them fool you.
