Great pay structure with an achievable quota and a strong base, great benefits, managers that give you autonomy and tools to learn and grow. Co-workers that are willing to collaborate and teach. Extreme competitive advantage over the competition. 50+ quarters of bottom line growth. Management that understands the value of innovation.

Cons

Enough of a disconnect between departments to cause delays and frustration.

Great product, good people, and have a huge market share and reputation as biggest player in market.

Cons

Massive changes coming with new leadership and activist investors have them hemorrhaging talent. Benefits are also fairly antiquated.
