Pros
The hours are some what flexible, and the management team is nice. They company really wants to retain employees so there is a lot of hope for advancement.
Cons
It really is a cool kids club, and your either in or your out. If you make it into the circle then you should enjoy your time, and learn fairly quickly but if not… good luck The workload is insane, you have to work overtime. The OT is the only thing making it a livable wage though. The company has had record growth, 96 quarters, and will call you in every so often to hold a big lavish meeting or party to tell you how much money they make, and that they in the same breath have to raise the price of parking at the company owned parking ramp.
